HHS’s public health community and collaboration learning portal is used to connect health professionals in underserved communities and support efforts to build more integrated and sustainable health care systems. The SCG developed and operated the platform which provides online interactive and on-demand online training and enables extended communities through virtual collaboration, sharing knowledge and experiences with the connected community and subject matter experts via social media; thereby, contributing to the collective improvement of public health delivery and quality outcomes.
