As part of CMS’s modernization of Human Capital business and data analytics systems, SCG migrated the workflow management system and developed the integrated data analytic repository. The new systems allow CMS to perform data analytics for actionable intelligence and employ Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools to extend the automation and reduce redundancies in manual processes for workforce-related data collection, processing, and analytics.
