Signature Consulting Group (SCG) will continue to apply digital and data analytics services and system integration in support of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) Office of Human Capital (OHC) modernization of HR business system workflows and data management.
SCG developed the Human Resource Enterprise Systems (HRES) in 2019 as the first step to modernize OHC’s IT by providing a flexible operational system platform with automation services, data integrations, and integrated application functions. HRES is a full service end-to-end, modernized Human Resource system that is efficient, accountable, and streamlined to reduce redundancies and increase CMS-wide human resources operational performance improvements.
SCG will build upon and continue to grow and expand capabilities in information infrastructure, date analytics, workflow enhancements, and self/single service of the HRES ecosystem. SCG uses Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools to extend the automation of existing personnel management and data collection processes in providing operational performance improvements.
“We value the partnership and appreciate the confidence CMS has in Team SCG to drive improvements and make progress in human capital management and performance that impacts all CMS employees and business areas,” said Corey Cooke, SCG CEO.
